Yesterday's Focus

First Report of the day was on House Price Index from Australia following with RBA Meeting Minutes.  Germany Released reports on Producer Price Index by early Morning. Report from Germany did not facilitate any support to the speculation going strong against USD for Interest Rate Decisions following today.

By Midday reports from USD were released on Housing Starts & Building permits indicating the housing market of USA did not fulfil the expectations from Investors and resulting a negative trend for the quarter. Further to the negative results for data released yesterday New Zealand released its GDT (Global Dairy Trade) Index indicated New Zealand’s commodity trade with negative note. To finish off the International Market Data releases Japan released reports on Export, Import Index & Merchandise Trade Balance reports resulting in mixed results.

Earlier Today Bank of Japan will release its Interest Rate Decision following with BOJ Monetary Policy Statement and BOJ Press conference.

Highlight of the Day will be USA FOMC Economic Projections, Fed’s Monetary Policy Statement, and Federal Interest Rate Decision & FOMC Press conference. This report from USA is one of the most awaited report of this quarter. As we all know USD is one the most commonly used pair of all international currencies. Any indications of Positive trend can cause all of its rival currencies to plummet and vice versa.

To finish off a highly volatile day in the International Foreign Currency Market New Zealand will release its RBNZ GDT Index indicating its current Trade Business and trend.
